Question 1

What does Vartex Surge actually do?

Accepted Answer

We design and build websites and Shopify stores, and we run digital marketing, SEO, social media, email and Google Merchant optimization for them. Most clients use us for a build plus ongoing growth work.

Question 2

Can you take on just one service?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Plenty of clients start with one piece, an SEO audit, a store redesign, an email programme, and expand later if it makes sense.

Question 3

Do you work with existing Shopify stores?

Accepted Answer

Yes, redesigns, theme customisation, product page work, navigation restructures and conversion improvements are a large part of what we do.

Question 4

Can you migrate a store from another platform?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Migrations need a careful plan for products, URLs and redirects, and we scope that explicitly rather than treating it as an afterthought.

Question 5

Will I be able to edit the site myself?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We build with editing in mind and hand over a short guide plus a walkthrough so your team can manage day-to-day content.

Question 6

Do you write the content?

Accepted Answer

We structure content and can write or rewrite key pages. Product-specific detail is usually best supplied by you and refined by us.

Question 7

How long does SEO take to show results?

Accepted Answer

Technical fixes can register within weeks; content and authority work generally show meaningful movement over three to six months. Anyone promising faster is guessing.

Question 8

Do you guarantee rankings or revenue?

Accepted Answer

No. We commit to the work, the reporting and the reasoning behind it. Guaranteed rankings aren't something any credible agency can offer.

Question 9

How long does a project take?

Accepted Answer

A focused website build is typically 3 to 6 weeks; larger stores and multi-channel programmes take longer. You get a timeline with milestones before we start.

Question 10

Why isn't pricing listed on the site?

Accepted Answer

Because scope varies enormously between a small brochure site and a large catalogue migration. Tell us the project and budget range in the enquiry form and we'll respond with a realistic estimate.

Question 11

Do you have a minimum project size?

Accepted Answer

No. The enquiry form includes budget ranges from under $1,000 up to $100,000+ so we can scope appropriately either way.

Question 12

Do you work with clients outside the United States?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work remotely with international clients and adapt to your time zone for calls and updates.

Question 13

What happens after launch?

Accepted Answer

We can stay on for optimization, marketing and support, or hand over completely with documentation. Both are fine, we'll tell you which we think fits.

Question 14

How do I start a project?

Accepted Answer

Send an enquiry through the contact page with as much context as you can. We review it and reply using the contact details you provide.
