Prices, timelines and deliverables for project work are confirmed in a written proposal or quote. Nothing on the website is a binding offer on its own, and any figures shown are indicative until we scope your project.

Delivery depends on you providing the access, content, approvals and feedback we agree in the proposal. Delays in those items can move agreed dates.

The website, its design and our materials remain our property. Deliverables created for you transfer to you as set out in your proposal once payment is complete. You keep ownership of the content, brand assets and data you provide.

Do not attempt to access private areas you are not authorised to use, probe or interfere with the site's security, scrape it at scale, or upload unlawful or infringing material.

We provide the website as is and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for project work is limited to the fees paid for the affected work.

Either party may end an engagement as described in the relevant proposal. These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, United States.
